My Prices

I charge £40 per hour and that is the minimum charge.

 

After the first hour I charge in 15 minute increments (£10 per quarter of an hour). No VAT is applicable.

 

Please note that an estimate is exactly that and jobs can over run (or under run!) but I will try and keep you abreast of changes.

 

Extras include parking charges (where applicable) and materials - including time to pick up materials if required.

I charge a standard 25% markup on materials supplied. Pre-approved materials can be supplied by you.

 

All waste generated will be carefully bagged up and is the responsibility of the client to dispose of.

I can arrange for licences collection of waste at an additional charge if required.

 

Invoicing normally happens the same day and I respectfully ask bills to be settled within 2 days.
